Rolling H Farm - Hip & Health Guarantee
In consideration of the puppy or adult dog being purchased, Rolling H Farm provides the following customer protection:
• Puppy/adult dog is healthy and sound to the best of our knowledge and has been vaccinated fo: CANINE DISTEMBER – ADENOVIRUS TYPE 2 – PARAINFLUENZA – PARAVOVIRUS – ICTEROHAEMORRAGAGLAE BACTERIN MODIFIED LIVE VIRUS, CORONAVIRUS VACCINE KILLED VIRUS, AND WORMED ON THE DATES CHECKED.
• Should the puppy/adult dog display signs of congenital birth defects including hip and elbow dysplasia during his/her first two years, which are severe enough to cause a licensed veterinarian to recommend euthanasia, Rolling H Farm will replace the puppy with one of equal value at once (if available) or as soon as possible. Your claim must be accompanied by a written certification from a licensed veterinarian as to his/her diagnosis of such congenital birth defects and the veterinarian’s recommendation for euthanasia.
• This warranty only covers the matters specifically set forth above. The warranty does not apply to any traumatic injury.
• Within seven days of sale/date of purchase, the buyer must have the puppy/adult dog checked out by a licensed veterinarian and have a written certification of health check (or copy of your vet receipt) sent back to Rolling H Farm in order to validate this contract.
The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy/adult dog after leaving the premises, including all medical expenses. This sale is final and seller will not accept return of the puppy/adult dog for any reason other than stated above. This puppy/adult dog is registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and buyer will be furnished the AKC papers at the time of sale or when received by the seller.
