In consideration of the puppy or adult being purchased, Rolling H Farm provides the following customer protection. The buyer will get a copy of the guarantee at time of purchase.
1. Puppy/adult is healthy and sound to the best of your knowledge and has been vaccinated for CANINE DISTEMPER – ADENOVIRUS TYPE 2 – PARAINFLUENZA – PARAVOVIRUS – ICTEROHAEMORRAGAGLAE – BACTERIN MODIFIED LIVE VIRUS, CORONAVIRUS VACCINE KILLED VIRUS AND WORMED ON THE DATES CHECKED.
2. Should the puppy/adult display signs of congenital birth defects including hip and elbow dysplasia during his or her first two years, which are severe enough to cause a licensed veterinarian to recommend euthanasia, Rolling H Farm will replace the puppy with on of equal value at one, if available or soon as possible. Your claim must be accompanied by a written certification from a licensed veterinarian as to his diagnosis of such congenital birth defects and his recommendation of euthanasia.
3. This warranty only covers the matters specifically set forth above. The warranty does not apply to any traumatic injury.
4. Within seven days of sale/date of purchased the buyer must have the puppy/adult checked our by a licensed veterinarian and have a written certification of health check (or copy of your vet receipt) sent back to Rolling H Farm in order to validate this contract.
The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy/adult after leaving the premises including all medical expenses. This sale is final and seller will not accept return of the dog for any reason other than stated above. This puppy/adult is registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and buyer will be furnished the AKC papers at the time of sale or when received by the seller.
